We mainly work on production sites, logistics hubs, storage facilities and mixed-use industrial buildings. Typical activities include steel structures, platforms, mezzanines, support frames for machinery and industrial roofing.

Operiamo soprattutto su stabilimenti produttivi, poli logistici, depositi e edifici industriali misti. Le attività tipiche includono strutture in acciaio, passerelle, soppalchi, telai di supporto per macchinari e lavori su coperture industriali.

All activities follow local regulations and safety standards, with certified equipment and PPE. Before starting, we align with the client’s HSE department on site-specific procedures and documentation.

Tutte le attività seguono normative locali e standard di sicurezza, con attrezzature certificate e DPI. Prima di iniziare ci allineiamo con l’ufficio HSE del cliente su procedure e documentazione specifiche del cantiere.

Structural and building permits are usually handled by the client or their designer. ESM GROUP provides technical data, load information and documentation, and coordinates operational safety on site together with the client.

I permessi strutturali ed edilizi sono di norma gestiti dal cliente o dal progettista incaricato. ESM GROUP fornisce dati tecnici, informazioni sui carichi e documentazione, coordinando la sicurezza operativa in cantiere insieme al cliente.
